My life's canvas has been painted with diverse experiences, from the sun-soaked sheep farm of Western Australia to the enchanting landscapes of Switzerland that I now call home. Let me share with you the colourful chapters that have woven together to shape the artist, up-cycle enthusiast, and adventurer that I've become.

The roots of creativity:
My artistic adventure started as a child, crafting and drawing alongside my beloved grandparents. Those early moments ignited a passion that would stay with me forever.
The journey through design:
The path of creativity led me into the world of fashion design. Through fabrics and threads, I learned to translate my artistic visions into tangible forms. This foundation in design installed in me a deep appreciation for the harmony of aesthetics and function.
Backpacking
My adventures took me backpacking across Europe, where I encountered cultures and landscapes that further enriched my artistic perspective. Amidst this journey, I stumbled upon Switzerland—a land that captivated my heart. Its breathtaking mountains, tranquil lakes, enchanting villages and rich heritage.The allure of Switzerland was undeniable, and it wasn't long before I decided to make it my permanent home.
Body
On one of my travels I stumbled across beads and jewellery making and before long the beads had invaded my kitchen table.That passion ignited a spark, leading me to venture into the world of entrepreneurship with my very own bead shop
The mad cow
At the heart of my creative journey is the birth of the Mad Cow Shop/Atelier. I discovered the world of chalk paint and furniture up-cycling. Suddenly, old dressers and chairs became my canvas, I was breathing new life into worn-out furniture, infusing them with character and vibrancy.An art form that resonated deeply with my upbringing on the farm, where resourcefulness was second nature.
I've found joy in teaching workshops that nurture creativity in others.Through these workshops, I'm not only passing on techniques but also encouraging a sense of exploration and self-expression.
